Ingredients:-
- 2 Cup milk.
- 2 Egg.
- 1/2 Cup peanut butter.
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar.
- 1/2 Cup vanilla.
- 3/4 Shaved chocolate.
Method:-
MAKES 7 SERVINGS.
Heat oven to 350'F. Grease 7 ovenproof custard cups.
Combine milk, egg, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a blender. Blend on speed 1 minutes. Pour into prepared custard cups. Place cups in baking dish carefully and enough hot water to baking dish to come halfway up sides of custard cups.
Bake until pudding is set. Remove custard cups from pan. Cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Peanut Butter Pudding is ready.
Top each serving with about 2 tbsp shaved chocolate.
