Ingredients:-
- 1 kg chicken pieces.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- A pinch of red colour.
- 1 Cup curd.
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp chat masala powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala powder.
- 1 tbsp oil.
- salt to taste.
- black pepper powder to taste.

Method:-
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
Mix all ingredients of the marinade and dip chicken pieces.
Marinate for 2 hour.
Put the marinated chicken on the high rack. Apply little oil on it and set the grill for 20 to 30 minutes.
Reposition and brush with oil.
Tandoori chicken is ready.
Sprinkle chat masala powder and serve with chutney and crisp salad.
