Ingredients:-
- 1 cup basmati rice.
- 50g peas.
- 50g chopped carrot.
- 1 chopped onion.
- 50g chopped potatoes.
- 50g chopped cauliflower.
- 1 tsp cumin seeds.
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- 2 clove.
- 2 black cardamons.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 1 tsp oil.
- 2 cup water.
- salt to taste.
- ground black pepper to taste.

Method:-
MAKE 2 SERVING.
Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes in water.
Drain the water.
In a microwave safe bowl, add oil for 30 seconds at 500W.
Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, clove, black cardamons, bay leaves, salt and chopped onion and microwave at 500W for 5 minutes. Stir once in between.
Add all chopped veg, soaked rice and 2 cup water and microwave it in covered at 500W for 10 to 15 minutes. And then 300W for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir between.
Keep the bowl covered for 5 minutes.
Vegetable pulao is ready.
Serve with dal, chicken curry and curd curry.
