Hi guys , in this blog i will tell you few tips about that how to lose weight fast especially for indians. So lets start!
AVERAGE WEEKLY CALORIES
It means average calories you intake in 7 days so for that you have to account for your calories on everyday of week, then you have 7 different sets of calories now the average of these sets should be below your maintenance calorie level , everyone has a maintenance level which can be figure out with this link

So if someone has average weekly calorie below it will lose weight and vice versa. So basically this is the core of weight loss and gain.
QUICK TIP- If you have something unhealthy any day then eat healthy food for next 2-3 days.
AVOID SWEET FOODS
Atleast you will reach your weight goals , you should stop eating sweet ,either it is sweets or drinks like
If mango is written on the bottle, it doesnt make it healthier as it contains a massive amount of liquid sugar which put you back.If you have a bad habbit of eating something sweet after every meal or everytime you eat sweets then avoid it as sugar is not meant to be in your body.
DESSERT BREAKDOWN
So, this is very important and specially for indians who dont consider it. Every dessert always contains three things in abandon sugar , a lot of maida ( wheet flour) which is very very unhealthy as its just the simplest form of carbohydrates which is the easiest way of getting fat and a lot of ghee or butter (fat).So when you eat any of these Desserts, you have to keep in mind you are taking a lot of maida and butter in your body which are not good for you at all.
CALORIES FROM HEALTHY FOOD
So, you need to account of healthy food like fruit ,dairy and nuts , some fruits have very high sugar content so you are getting a bunch of calories from that and just all your life you have been told that fruits are healthy does mean you dont have to account of calories from them.!
Now comes to dairy part so if you have full cream dairy like cheese and whole milk it contains lot of calories so it doesnt mean it is fit for your average intake .
Nuts are very good source of good fat and in experience a hand full of nuts is very much inuff as it contains fats unless you wanna bulk up , its not really necessary to eat more than a hand.
STARCHY VEGETABLES
In India We use following in our dinner : Corn , potato , peas, pumpkin and arbi (colocasia) all these are full of carbohydrates and carbs should be avoided after sunset if you really wanna get lean rathar than making a sabzi , its highly recommended you make a sabzi out of leafy vegetables as they are high in protein, iron and a much healthier option.
