Possible reasons:
- Mind not agreeing with something
- Mind is remembering something about the past
- Mind is thinking about future Or,
- Mind is simply not being itself
In all these scenarios, the mind is at the center and different thoughts occupy it.

- Ride along with the thoughts and figure out a way for your mind
- Override the thoughts and bring in a change in thinking
- Analyze and find a solution
