Hello everyone,
Recently I started to practice mindfulness at work, and it has compelled me to examine my habits and consider being healthier in many facets. I am making a point to eat better, drink less alcohol, and I'm trying to give up coffee (at least for a month or two). I am/was a heavy coffee drinker, somewhere between 3-5 cups a day. I suppose I'm feeling caffeine withdrawal, in that my muscles are sore, but all in all I feel pretty good and on the path to a healthier lifestyle.
I've discovered that Steemit is a place that really provides an incentive to practice positivity, and reading other's musings is a new practice that I welcome. Thanks for reading.
