Mindfulness is one of the heart core principle of Buddhism. As Buddha said ' Do not dwell in the past ,do not dream of the future ,concentrate the mind on the present moment'. This quote is the clear explaination for mindfulness.
I was asked by my psychologist and mind trainer to practice this task. And guys what i get is immense pleasure. Major reason for chronic stress in some people is thst they are more concentrated on either their past or anxious about their future.
Purpose of writting this blog is to throw some light to people who are suffering from negative thoughts which includes guilt ,grief , and hyper deppression patients. As a first step to following this practice you have to first start mindfulness meditation.
Difference between normal meditation and mindful editation
In normal meditation you are supposed to not listen to the chattering of mind. While in mindful meditation you can hear the chattering of your mind.You have to listen to your self ,acknowledge your thoughts and let it go.
Mindfulness in everyday life
Put your whole concentration in your present task and your self. Just savour everything . It may be a zip of coffee just sink into that feel you get when you taste. Get the best fruit out of everything. It can be talking to a friend, reading a book or any critcal task. Be attentive to all the sensation within you.
If you are stressed just listen to your mind and let it go. If you start practicing this let go task you will no more break even under high pressure situation. Because you are mindful and you are at peace.
I wish if everyone practice this since it has got a lot of benefits . Even researches have found that this state of being gives you flexibility,tolerance,stress reduction,boosts to working memoryfocus,relationship satisfaction and other benefits.
When you arw doing a task let it be your personal task or your proffession it enhances skill to a greater extend as well as intrest in doing that particular task.
I wish if everyone do this because i believe all the issues in the present world which are made by humans are result of their thoughts. Actually every success that happened till today was arised from a thought. If we know how to control this thought effectively it can change your entire situation. So guys just try this practice .It s only my small effort to give suffering people a hope to change their life
