Took long enough...but did you notice when I was eating garbage and lots of carbs my weight was going up like crazy? it was like 207 at one point...but after taking it easy on the junk and carbs I have lowered my weight to 199 lbs... lots of that as I said is water weight and store glycogen... I want to bring this number super low...because after hitting my goals I will eat carbs again which will increase my weight by like 10lbs...so I assume I should aim for a goal of around 180 pounds since it will probably go up to 190 once I fill up my glycogen stores...
I like the idea of being 200 pounds...I think I will work hard towards 180 then try to gain muscle up to 200lbs then cut again down to 180 and back up to 200 lbs....up and down a couple of times until there is nothing mushy on my body and I a rock solid!
