Hi guys I want to share my new favourite salad with you! It is like eating noodles but carb free and guilt free lol ( I love noodles) first I use the machine to cut cucumber into long stringy noodles. You can also use zucchini to make zucchini noodles.
Then I add seasoning: sesame paste, sesame oil, Soysause, a spoon full of raw honey, salt, pepper and a little bit of olive oil. If you like spicy food you could also add chili oil or a little bit of vinegar to bring out more depths of flavour.
It was so yummy and popular you can see that busy mouth is working on the long “noodles” 🤣 and before we know it, it was all gone! Definitely needs more than one cucumber next time!!
