#682 - A nature themed eatery.
It's raining all day and night here where I am at dear Hivers. I woke up early because I had to prepare breakfast for my son before he goes to school. Then I was hesitant to go out for a walk because of the threat of smog from the volcano which is outside the metropolitan so I just took the laundry basket and did it all even though the weather is not calm at all. I was already done with the laundry when the rain hit hard. I had to move some of the laundry to dry somewhere else without getting exposed go the rain.
For our today shots I have here some photos from an eatery near us which theme is about nature, there's lots oof plants in their garden area. The eatery offering eat all you can breakfast for $6-$7 each. The name of this eatery is Kamalig and they have an open garden and an old shack where the foods are offered. This us what the entrance looks like.
I didn't managed to take photos of the food but they are Filipino foods for breakfast like fried eggs and the likes. The compound has this ten finger marijuana plant which is used for medical purposes only and does not have any narcotics effects.
The place also has this interesting aquarium which has a smoke on the bottom area of it. It's really amazing seeing it. It doesn't have water but only small succulent plants with the presence of the thick white fog.
This is one of the three cats they have here. It is a resident feline and sweet, she went to join us when we were eating and asked for some shares of fried fish. I gave it the heads of the fried fish I was eating.
There are also these lovely pink flowers which seems like gumamela at first glance but when you take a closer look it doesn't have the pistil stamens. The plant is also tall around seven feet and above.
They also have lights in their plants so this place could be lively at night time. The only concern I should raise about our experience here is that since the area is open and there's too many plants the presence of mosquitoes is also there.
Follow me on my nature travels.
