What are they useful for?
Most species of these beetles feed on aphids (on the left) - small soft-body insects fed with juice of garden and agricultural plants. Adultly the sun in life consumes about a few thousand aphids.
The vast majority of ladybugs - predators. These insects fly by making 85 wings per second.
