Make garlic vinegar yourself
Garlic vinegar is a drink/seasoning for health.
His efficacy is to prevent arteriosclerosis, help burn fat, boost immunity, lower cholesterol and more.
Production Method:
Buy apple cider vinegar (recommended for this kind of vinegar, better),
After washing the garlic crust, cut it and put it into the bottle for at least 1 month. The personal experience is more than 3 months, which is more effective.
I have this apple vinegar for more than half a year.
When you Empty stomach, you can't drinking it.
Like I am drinking it after dinner.
it can not drink directly,
Pack 1 cup of white water, pour in about one Beverage cover , mix and drink.
If it is cooking, the usage is the same as general vinegar.
What I wrote above is drinking it alone.
自己制作大蒜醋
大蒜醋是ㄧ道养生的饮品/调料。
他的功效有预防动脉硬化,帮助燃烧脂肪,提升免疫力,降低胆固醇等等。
制作方法:
买苹果醋(建议这一种的醋,比较好),
把大蒜扒皮洗净之后,切开后,放入瓶内,至少1个月以上,个人的经验是要3个月以上,才比较有功效。
我这苹果醋,都是放置半年以上的。
饮用的时候,不可以空腹。
像我都是晚饭之后才饮用,不可以直接饮用,
装1杯白喝水,倒入约一瓶盖的量,混合之后饮用。
如果是炒菜的话,用法和一般的醋是相同的。
我上面写的是单独的饮用。
