I have tried to make nice cream for many times but it was mostly unsucsessful. There were many aborted attemps with my small blender and then I found out my mum's old blender which worked great! Unfortunately it was my very first and also very last use. It has brokend and my dad said that it is too old to fix. At least I enjoyed my perfect plane and chocolate banana nice cream with homemade almond granola.
Do you make nice cream at home? Do you have any struggle with that?
