OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1431st compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

In the month of September I visited my mother's house where I grew up and spent a happy childhood, here when I arrived I came across one of the trees that I saw growing and there were some beautiful yellow flowers that I had never seen before, they immediately caught my attention and when I got home I asked my sister @/actioncats if those orchids had been planted by a neighbor, because I wanted to take one home, and she told me; "Well no, nobody put them there".

I have always been a lover of shoes and believe that good footwear can take you to beautiful places. As a sales person, the first thing I use to profile most of my clients is their foot wear.

Funny right? Maybe because I am a lover of shoes.

Today brings me here the birthday celebration of my namesake María, she is a very simple and charismatic girl who arrived at 24 years of age, she is the wife of my friend Isaias and she has been a member of the family for some time, so Well, of course I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to praise her on my blog because of her big, special day.

My best friend once told me I was not Superman and I should take life easy. Another good friend told me I was sacrificing too much for family (parents and siblings). It seems this week's topic was directed at me. My obligations seem overwhelming, and just yesterday, I forcefully told my boss at work that I would be proceeding on my 6-week annual leave by Monday, which was supposed to have commenced since November 13th. He was reluctant to release me, but my facial expressions must have given him a second thought. Unfortunately, I will only get to spend 4 weeks out of my leave, as annual leave does not extend beyond the year.

So what do I think? It's alright. I'm not really getting the claimed cranberry, but there's definitely cinnamon and other spices in the mix. I don't really mind it, but I'm not generally a fan of beers that stray from the basic ingredients list. Water, hops, malt, yeast. That's all I want. Do it right, and I'm happy to try a pint. This just doesn't work for me. It's not bad, so your mileage may vary. As for me, I'll not refuse it if offered, but I don't plan to buy it again. I've had better winter warmer style brews before.

Today I want to share with you a project I did with recycled materials. The truth is that I have many plastic containers in the house, softener, refrigerant, milk and others, so I wanted to help a little in the conservation of the environment by doing some manual activities like this.

I was looking for several ideas on the internet, and this one seemed easy, plus I had the materials I needed at home. Honestly, I was surprised with the amount of non-biodegastic garbage at home and I would like to give a better use to those containers, in addition to economize a little and entertain me for a while doing this activity, I think that making these arts and crafts is de-stressing and can also be fun for children. :D

Yesterday was a really hectic day, and it started in the early morning hours when we had to attend a "medical appointment" with the "traumatologist", luckily I was the first to arrive which gave me enough time to go to the city center to quote a medical exam, once I got the quote it was my turn to go to another department to consult about the medications that are pending delivery.

Christmas is one of the most beautiful times of the year, where people feel an incredible love in their hearts, as if something touches them forever and fills them with peace, it is a time where our mind is clouded with love, plus the environment lends itself to that, as many people relate it that way. Christmas is love, reconciliation, peace and above all union, that is why I join this Christmas initiative brought by this community of family and friends where this time I want to talk about which family member or friend will you miss this Christmas?

A flower in bloom can erase sadness from anyone's heart. It's like a pill that can take pain away just by looking at it. Admit it or not, but we smile whenever we see a flower in full bloom without noticing it. It's like a flower is silently healing us with their beauty and smell. Is it the same for you? Did you see flowers like that too?

Spices have been of great importance in gastronomy worldwide, with soft and intense colors and aromas they make us happy because they improve the flavor of our food, it is like doing a little magic in the kitchen, they also have a particularity and its use varies depending on the place or region where we are living, I remember when I was a child we had several neighbors from Trinidad and Tobago, they were good people and on several occasions they invited us to eat, but I never saw how they cooked, I just remember the intense delicious flavors and lots of aroma. As an adult I realized that these neighbors used a lot of spices and in particular an exquisite curry!
