OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 264th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

On Sunday we celebrated Mother's and Family Day in Argentina, and we took advantage of the day to go for a family outing. With my wife we chose to go to the mountains to breathe some fresh air and above all in search of peace and tranquility.

Writing about love in the distance involves a series of ideas that make the mind fly. This is a theme that has been present in different times, since love letters were shared when technology did not exist to the present day that facilitates communication, perhaps making love at a distance a more common reality than we think.

Having electricity can light up our home. From past inventions up unto the present in the modern era, electricity has been the main source of power. I could not imagine if people doesn't have it especially nowadays during this pandemic where Education has been affected. That's why the Department of Education here in my country implement this new system. As an Online English Teacher who most of my time is facing the desktop with my students, aside from needing a stable internet but of course I need electricity to conduct my lessons. But if you are the type of person who is not used to give up and find ways to solve an issue well count me in.

How are you doing? I hope you had a great weekend as I did :) Yesterday, I called some friends out for cycling, we discovered some new alleys with many local food and drinks near the area where we are living. It was a great time spent at the end of the day while our stomach got happy with street food tour ^^ and the best part of the trip was time at a bamboo garden in Son Tra peninsula with some puppies of the owner.

Hello hello! I came across a super cute statue on Thingiverse of the Hollow Knight main character, known as The Knight. The game, Hollow Knight follows your character, some sort of deity offspring bug, through a metroid-vania style platforming adventure. While I am not the biggest fan of platforming games, I did enjoy playing Hollow Knight and enjoy the aesthetics of the setting and main character.

Today, I'd like to share my fan art of Rengoku from Demon Slayer.

Demon Slayer is a Japanese manga/amine. My youngest daughter is a big fan of this show. We watched the movie together the other day.
I was inspired to draw him because my daughter wouldn't stop telling me how cool he was haha.

For years I've felt that I'm living like I always dreamed of living; I looked in the mirror and saw the man I always dreamed of being. Right now, however, that feeling changed and I'm living beyond my dreams. It's not that I've accomplished everything I've ever set out to do, that's not my case or anyone else's, but I can now say that I've accomplished things I never thought possible or imaginable. They're fairly simple things like listening and seeing more, experiencing emotions more deeply and peacefully, exercising more discipline in general, but I've reached levels that I genuinely didn't even hope for.

I had recently seen several makeup videos inspired by the 20s, and I really wanted to recreate something like that, however in the absence of materials to do it on my face I thought "Why don't I do it in a drawing?" This is how the idea of making this drawing was born!

This time the word we must do is: DOT is to say point in Spanish and I decided to represent it in this way. I hope you like it and enjoy the step by step.

To begin with, I want to talk about my mother, a strong and fighting woman who dedicated her life to raise her two children and three who were not hers. She was always there for anyone who needed her, and as far as her strength allowed, she did it without expecting anything in return.
