Greetings friends! How are you doing out there ?As you know I’m the resident foodie and food takes up quite a bit of my life. I’m either making it , eating it or talking about it. As my grandpa would say, “Food is the staff of life.” 🤷🏿♂️
From sometime last year , some of my friends have been encouraging me to make a pepper sauce. I dragged my feet on the idea a bit. Though , this was partly due to time constraints. There are a few things that I’m totally meticulous about and the taste of food is one of them. Anyway , I started to experiment with some existing sauces and came up with some wonderful blends.

Journeying through my adult life surrounded by an overabundance of should dos, deadlines, time constraints, and demands, I grew tired of trying to keep up with everyone's else's expectations. My personal worth became how valuable I was to others. In the end, it cost me my health and well being as far stress levels. It was more than what I needed to live a fulfilled and happy existence.

A few days ago I commented in one of my posts that I felt quite tired, mental fatigue more than physical that sooner or later could cause a loss of effectiveness in my daily tasks, so I decided to seriously take this issue that could lead to health problems in the future. The first thing has been to understand that there are not necessarily too many tasks, but that I am tackling them all without proper planning, which eventually leads to tiredness or fatigue. In other words, I must continue to honor the commitments I have assumed, just as I have up to now, but this time it is necessary to dedicate the right amount of time to them, optimize, and work efficiently, and with real concentration.

Resilience according to the dictionary is the ability of a person to overcome traumatic circumstances. Absolutely all human beings have this ability to overcome crises, traumas and moments so painful that we think we will not come out of them alive.

The last several weeks have been socially busy. I spent time with my youngest sister who flew for a visit and a very dear overseas friend whom I hadn't seen for 7 years. There are relationships that through time fade like furniture that had been constantly exposed to the sun but there are those that regardless of time, distance and absence remain the same.

Hello friends! How are you? How are they? I hope that very good. I don't know if I've told you before, but my older brother is a drummer. He took all the artistic part of the family haha and learned to play the drums when he was just a teenager, he learned by ear since no one in my family plays that instrument! and over the years he perfected his technique, going from being a student to a teacher. Also, he had many bands, and of course we as a family were always there to support him in his musical projects. For this reason, on 7/5 he appeared with his new band called Yokoy and together with family and friends we were there to witness the show. I'm going to share some photos and videos that I took for you to see.

We've all had those days where we don't feel like getting out of bed and we even say to ourselves "today is Sunday, I'm not even going to fix it, I'm going to spend the day changing channels without doing anything", but something inside us shakes us very strongly, it they scramble our expectations and we decide to get up. Every day is an opportunity.

I love all kinds of curries from Thai coconut curries to aromatic Indian curries and savory Japan Curry. This Kare Raisu is rich, thick, and full of delicious flavor over steamed warm rice. As the boxed packages of Japanese curry roux are very expensive, it cost around 5 USD here in Thailand which is why I prefer making my Japanese Curry from scratch.

Warm greetings to all hivers friends. I follow the informative thread on topics related to nature and effects acting on it.Today I pay tribute not to the beautiful flowers you see in the photographs but to the small insect that perches on them, the bee.
