Hmmm this is Eba and egusi soup it taste so good but I don't think people from Nigeria will like it. Now let me break it down for you, the yellow substance is call Eba it's made cassava which contains lot of carbohydrates but it's good for eating. The soup below is called egusi soup it is made up of melon and vegetables and meat to make it taste very cool. I know those who are not from Nigeria will think it's weird but trust me it taste so cool. Please join me as I eat this palatable meal
