Dinner For Parties
Shellfish for parties (6 persons)
Ingredients
35 Mussels
600 g Lobster, boiled
800 g Shrimps
6 pieces of Crab claws
6 Sea Crayfish, cooked
2 King crab claws, cooked
6 Scallops
3 Shallots
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 dl White wine
1 Lemon
4 cloves of Garlic

How to prepare
- Crushed ice at the bottom
- Wash the mussels and fry them on high heat with finely chopped garlic and shallots.
- Pour on wine and steam the shells under lid until they open, 4-5 minutes. Shake on the boiler a couple of times.
- Pick up the shells and sprinkle on a little finely chopped leaf parsley.
- Divide the lobster into two and remove the stomach and the stuff that is behind the eyes.
- Crack the shells on the lobster claws with the backside of a knife.
- Divide the crayfish in two and remove the dark string.
- Cut the white scallop muscle into thin slices, add a few drops of good olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put the meat into small bowls or spoons.
- Break the king crab claws and take out the meat. Divide it into suitable pieces and and put the meat into small bowls.
- Crack the shell on the crab claws, remove the meat and arrange for small bowls or spoons.
- Arrange the mussels, sea crabs, lobster, shrimps, crayfish and king crab on a bed of crushed ice.
- Add lemon boats and fresh leaf parsley.
