This time at our dining table there was a spicy side dish from fried eggs. We named this dish "Red Sun" because the color of the red chili sauce showed a very spicy flavor.
To get the red eggs with spices that absorb the perfect spicy sauce, we soak the fried eggs in the spicy sauce a few hours before serving it.
We add green stuff with local basil leaves. Local basil leaves in general we eat raw with a pair of spicy side dishes.
There are several local basil plant stems that have flowered to add aspects of the art of photography.
To bring more spicy sauce, we serve "sambal" in an eggshell.
