What we need?
- 4 cups coconut milk
- canned1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh milk
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups corn Pinch of salt Toasted coconut for garnish
- or grated cheese
Let's Start Cooking!
1. Mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and the pinch of salt in a bowl.
2. Next In a saucepan, add the coconut milk, fresh milk, and the condensed milk. Stir and bring to a boil.
3. And then Add in the cornstarch mixture.
4. Mix well and then stir in the corn.
5. Transfer mixture to a mold.
6. Top with toasted coconut or latik or the grated cheese.
7. Let it cool to room tempature and then refrigerate it.
