Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Hi, the name’s Miguel. in a province called Leyte located in the Philippines, I live in a little town called Ormoc city, it’s a beautiful place and also the people in it, they even nicknamed the place “The city of beautiful people” sounds about right, I guess. I don’t look bad myself(lol).

I am JOYCEful. And I believe in the saying that, Be Joyceful and you'll be grateful! yikes, rhyme! 🤣 Hello, Hive community! You might be wondering why Joyceful. Well, I thought of the simple life from my childhood, and the word "joyful" really fits what I have been since. By the way, I am Jessa Joyce Molina from the known city of guns in Cebu City, Philippines - Danao City. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. I have lived in this beautiful world for 26 years, and the eldest daughter with four siblings. So technically, "Joyceful" comes from the combined word "joyful" and my second name "Joyce."

My name is Agboyinu Gladness Nuesekan. Some researchers claim there's an unusual association between the given name and a person's personality, in my case, it's no different. I'm a happy person who also loves to make those around me happy. And my name, Nuesekan, in the Egun language, means "what God has written" and no doubt, my life so far is an evidence of God's faithfulness.

Hey there, it’s with great pleasure I introduce myself to you. I am Tonte Krukrubo – a chef, travel agent, events and interior decorator, a beddings dealer, a budgets administrator, and above all, a mother of two handsome boys. I am a very accommodating and free-spirited thinker with an open mind. I would like to thank Hive account@starstrings01 for onboarding me on Hive.

Greetings to the entire HIVE community, I want to introduce myself; My name is Sun Ling Otero, I am from Caracas, Venezuela and I currently live in Buenos Aires, Argentina where I have been living for 3 years. I am 29 years old and I have a degree in audiovisual sciences, I specialized in audio and camera.

Salve mihi nomen est Elaine! (Hello, my name is Elaine) 😁. Fun fact - I have three first names which people choose from - Mary Elaine Hyacinth. But this one stuck out over the years. My friends call me “Elaine” while my whole family calls me by my nicknames “Aya” or “Aying” (to maybe make my life easier). I am currently in my mid-20s living a small but exciting life in the Philippines. I love dogs and I currently own 10 little ones (imagine the furry ruckus!) 🤗

Heyo there! I was asked to introduce myself but I stink at it so I will be using prompts. To start off, I found out that I’m a gen Z. HAHA! Hmm, I’m currently a financial advisor who finished a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture. They’re different industries but one thing they have in common is that both involve planning and designing. I could’ve gotten my license in architecture if it weren’t for the lockdown but now we’re here... hoping I could get to you.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
