Longganisa is an Ilocano sausage delicacy with a plenty of garlic and spices in the mixture. It is small and plump unlike the others. The way to describe its taste is, there's a bit spiciness in it, it is salty, and garlicky. To make your breakfast or lunch or dinner more scrumptious, you can serve it with fried rice and fried egg. Use fish sauce with sliced tomato or calamansi as a dip.
