I have been looking into how to create different kinds of habits lately for my own sake, but I though why not share it with you guys?! :D
I saw a guy on youtube alking about implementing different new habits into existing ones. Which is brillant!
E.g I drink a cup of coffee every morning and I am on my phone () checking out steem and what posts people have posted and I do that throughout the day, I dont follow enough so there isn't any new content all the time. So instead of being on my phone in the morning, I should read a book while drinking coffee, its gonna be a bit hard in the beginning but easy with time. (Btw, I totally forgot his name and yt channel x))
Another good point in the generel sphere of selfhelp would be to start small!
E.g lets use the exampel above.
I wanna start to read more books, but I have never done so, but instead of saying that I have to read a chapter daily it could be just a few pages a day and if you one day feels extra-motivated go for more pages, easy right? :D
Sams with workout, dont wanna go to the gym for 1-2 houes daily? Well how about doing 5 pushups everyday in the morning and then 5 pullups every evening. Way easier :D
Third thing is to be happy with small progress! And not dwell on missing one day of workout e.g.
All of these things are importent, but so is your mindset.
