If you play golf 🏌️ or you watch it on TV
When you hear someone shoot high numbers something is wrong.
I am no golf expert but we do have many in #sportstalk.
This Thursday of the British open did not go well for David.
He shoots 20 round 91.
Actually he is not the only one on the list.
We have Tiger and Rory.
Tiger shoots 7 round 78
And Rory 8 round 79
Tomorrow they most likely will get cut unless they can pull a miracle.
They need to birdies, eagles most of the holes to survive.
They have to play the same field over in the next couple days so minus well they get used to it, if no cut by Friday.
I think it is over for David.
I recalled he used to be really good a while back.
He even won a major in 2001.
Tiger told us he is not in good shape so
The expectation is at a minimum.
Rory is young though, maybe this is not his time to shine.
On the other hand what about Finau shooting - 3 sharing the third place with kiradech and Koepka and many more for the round 68
Actually Koepka could be -4 if he didn’t bogey the 17 hole.
It is all about patience and confidence.
Sergio Garcia is right in the mix as well.
Spieth is not too far down at 1 round 70.
British course tends to be really windy and weathered.
That’s what makes golf fun to watch.
The players position will move again by Friday and Saturday will be the path for a joyful and firm field Sunday.
Let’s hope weather cooperates to manage the conditions.
I think Koepka has the upper hand by Sunday.
Highlight for Koepka
