Today i have to Show and explain you how to make one of my preferred dishes.. They are soo delicious, almost a crime to Not sharing the recipe with Everybody!..
Fasten your seatbells, shut down the mobile..we Re starting right now....
Slices of thincutted Beef, Here from organic irish Beef.
Meanwhile Peel potatoes, If you like to do also classic puree Like me Here.
Put Salt, Pepper and mustard, Here sweet bavarian and hot German mustards, in the slices.
Then Put onions, Bacon and pickled gherkin in it. Be generous!
Roll and fix them, flour them, prepare a casserole with Lid, which you can Put on the fire and in the oven as well. Put a Bit vegetable oil in it, heat it.
Roast them from every Side with medium power.
Cut carrots, onions, celery and what you like and find around, Here i Put also pumpkin and apple, all in das pieces and add it to the meat.
Add also Red wine, broth and bay leafs, Close it , then Put it in the hot, around 200°, oven. There it stays for around one hour, also more. Check it every 20min, turn it.
While the roulades enjoy their hot bath, cook the potatoes first in salted water, then throw two thirds of water away, add cream or milk, Butter and nutmeg. When softcooked, pound it as you like it.
Now we are at the most exciting Point...
Dinner is ready!!
