Im craving for mango (a ripe one) not because I'm naglilihi but for the reason I misses my favorite fruit soo much, it's delicious taste will surely satisfies my craving. And I know it will give nourishment to my body.

For those who doesn't know there where many mango grows in our province of different kind (especially in northern and southern part of cebu). I have read in Cebu Daily news paper in their Healthy Lifestyle section that ripe mango is a good source of vitamins A and C which are anti oxidant and help to prevent free radical injury. And also a good source of calories. Ripe mango is also diuretic, laxatives, fattening and astringent. It tones up heart muscle, improves complexion and stimulates appetite. No wonder this favorite fruit of mine helps me to eat a lot and we the flattening character I remember an artist named Barbie Hsu a Taiwanese actress ask what's her secret of having flat tummy she mentioned eating mango ( I think mango does a lot about it and also its one of her favorite fruit). Mango by the way is our National Fruit (Philippines).
