This is another typical of Indonesia culinary that make your mouth watered. Yes, I had this food when I was on the trip to Bireuen, attending steemit gathering. My wife insisted to come by in this noodle shop, just to taste this food. Since I dont know much about culinary stuff, I prefer to share you some photos of this food instead of telling you about the recipe.
Actually, this shaken noodle has been a legendary food, because it was there since I was junior high school. I went to this shop when the weekend with my grandpa more than 20 years ago. .
It has interesting look, where the vegetable such as boiled potato, bean sprouts, are best companion of this food while the chicken meat is extra order . The noodle itself was left in boiling broth/soup for a while and get it out when it is cooked. Its look more alike the Chinese noodle
