Juices are good for everyone health and especially for pregnant mothers.Pregnant mothers can have problem with blood pressure so juices are best way to keep there blood pressure normal.orange juice can sometime taste sour but one can add salt in it so that it does not become the cause of sour throat.eating fruits raw without making juices has other benefits like some fruits can add fiber in our food.
