How To Make Arabic Shwarma
Last week we made tasty Arabic Shwarma in home, and it was really tasty. Let me try to show you how we made this tasty Arabic Shwarma by sharing some pics too (which I took during it's preparation), so that you may be able to learn about it's ingredients too.
So first of all we took some Boneless Chicken Meat, how much? Depends on you how much Shwarmas you want to make. But you can make round about 15 Shwarmas in 01 kg of Boneless Chicken Meat.
1. Made a paste of Chilli Sauce and one piece of Garlic, mixed that Boneless Meat in this paste and put it on fire for 30 minutes to cook.
2. Then at the same time as that meat is on the stove, we made Mayonnaise in the grinder by taking 2 to 3 pieces of Garlic, 2 or 3 spoons of China Salt, half pack of Nestle Milk, and start the grinder, we put the Edible Oil slowly slowly in the grinder while it grind, so that it mixes with the ingredients.
Now after it got a little thicker, we tasted it, it was tasting good, then we knew that our Mayonnaise is ready.
3. Then we cut the Salad for it, cutting Cabbage and Capsicum together and mixing it. Also making a paste of Red grinned Chili and Vinegar.
4. At the same time we cooked the Shwarma Breads.
When it got brown a little, then removed it from the stove.
5. Now our Boneless Meat is cooked and ready to mix it with the Salad we had prepared for it.
6. Then we put that Mayonnaise in it and mixed it.
We should mix it well.
7. When it was mixed then we took the Shwarma Bread, put a little paste on of that Red Chili and Vinegar.
8. We put that mixture of Boneless meat on the Shwarma Bread.
9. And then rolled that in a Butter Paper to give it a final shape.
There you go, our Arabic Shwarma is ready to eat ;)
Actually it tastes really good, do try this at home. I will also try to do a video of it when we had a plan of making it in home again with friends.
