I picked some basil this morning from my garden to get a little pesto going. A handful of basil, a splash of extra virgin olive oil, salt, a few cloves of garlic and process it all in the blender. Add a small palm full of chopped pinenuts and freshly shaven parmigiano and toss with your favorite cooked pasta or marinate your chicken in it. Easy, delicious and fresh.
It’s been quite a week. I have been going through a lot in my personal life so getting out in the garden, tending to my plants and pets then cooking is such a soothing process. My business is going well as I am now working smarter not harder and that is also therapy for me.
However, I refuse to let any negative situation get the best of me and I continue with my daily routines. I continue smiling. And I never forget we are walking through The Valley not suiting there waiting for life to change its self. We must always remain proactive to get the results in our lives we want! Never forget that!
