Sugarcane breeding diary (97 days passed since July 23, 2017)
The weather in Yokohama on October 27 was sunny from the morning, 19 days have passed since 18th October, but due to a seasonal typhoon and stagnation of the autumn rain front line, there has been almost no sunshine time in the past month.There were plenty of cloudy and rainy days and sugar cane was a tough weather.
10/27の横浜の天気は朝から晴れ、前回10月18日から19日経過しましたが、季節外れの台風や秋雨前線の停滞等でこの一か月間殆ど日照時間がありませんでした。
台風２１号の通過後に初めて様子を見に行ったのですが、手前に倒れていました。
I went to see the state for the first time after typhoon 21 passed, but I was fallen in the foreground.
自立するのは難しそうだったので、支柱を立てて、つっかえ棒としました。
It seemed difficult for me to be independent, so I set up a pole and made it a stick.
The leaves are growing, but again the thick stems are not growing as much as I thought.
As typhoons may come again this weekend, I feel that further growth is a tough situation.
葉は伸びていますが、やはり太い茎の部分が思ったほど成長していないですねえ。
今週末も再び台風が来るかもしれないため、これ以上の成長は厳しい状況な気がしています。
