KUIH SERABAI
Ingredients (bancuhan for 3 people eating)
5 buckwheat flour
3 rice flour blades
Santan for flour bananas
(Nak sedapkan coconut milk or coconut milk for coconut milk yes)
One small blade mauripan + a small blend of sugar + a little water mixed and left flowers before the flour is crushed)
an egg (to stick the flour when it is burned)
secubit salt
Ways:
Bancuh all the ingredients until the binding that can be poured (not how much concentrated no cait)
Allow bancuhan for 1-2 hours before starting to burn
If there is a reference serabai, may burn with a reference, if takde not okay, just use a small cauldron and cook one by one (hit a little sabarlah)
Just bake a cauldron with a little oil (for a tissue for a sweep) and the habit is just one to burn the cake on top of the kitchen (not in the oven) ... if your cauldron is not attached not oil is OK
Serve serabai with broth - and may cook coconut milk and melaka sugar with a little flour or may also be added durian to who likes to eat king fruit

1 wheat flour blade
Santan for banana flour until liquid
Put sugar (I use sugar sauce) - follow the sweet taste you like
If you like durian may add a durian of two
