Foods of Taiwan! - Seafood Edition - (dried mini special issue)

These are just some shots of dried sea creatures at the seafood market in a port city.

These tiny fish are pretty popular--I'm sure lots of you out there (especially you asians) are familiar with them:

There were lots of different tiny shrimps. I usually get this kind:

But there were some albino ones too:

These are probably also familiar to many of you:

And again, albino style:

Now these were new to me:

I mean...is it just me or do they not look all that appetizing?

But they'd probably make cute pets right? Like if they weren't dried up and dead.
