I'm a super fan of maguro aka blue fin tuna so this is going to go down real great. This is my version of extreme sashimi. I know how people do their wasabi these days but I love the old samurai way. Japanese old school and that's to have the dipping soy sauce by itself, and then put a dab of wasabi on the fish. These days people just throw the wasabi in the sauce, which takes the uniqueness out of eating wasabi.
