Well, let's call it Holly's recipe of pickled feta sheep's cheese in Greek style.
Throw all ingredients listed below into a suitable container olive oil on top and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. It is very important to bring the pickled feta to room temperature before serving. Because cold olive oil does not taste good.
Ingredients:
Stuffed olives, chilli, thinly sliced garlic, red onions, shallots, peppercorns, and a few sprigs of rosemary and a spice mixture "Café de Paris". And of course very good olive oil.
