So it's officially approaching hot where I live.
A fun little fact that I wouldn't have guessed is that many of the homes up here don't have built in air conditioning because the Summer temperatures are never too harsh. I guess it depends on the house and how well it's set up for ventilation. I've now lived in a number of houses that don't have AC and I don't particularly mind. However, the house I currently live in has terrible ventilation on the upper levels so it's about time to start cranking up the cool.
Speaking of cool, who needs some???? And by that I mean milkshakes sound fantastic!
Also, don’t you love those recipes that only need a few simple ingredients and hardly any time? I know I do. Especially if they only need one bowl, or in this case, one blender. Haha, speaking of blenders, this really needs to be made in one. I mean, you could probably do it by hand if you used marshmallow fluff instead of marshmallows, but no guarantees.
Anyway, these really ARE easy as long as you have your blender ready and the end result has such a nice texture from the cold marshmallow adding a slight fluff to the ice cream. All my taste testers gave me full thumbs up for this recipe so I’m hoping you enjoy it as well.
