My wife is on holiday and the best thing she does is cook. Right now she cooked the world famous Filipino dish, Pork Adodo, and the Chinese inspired Vegetable Lumpia Shanghai for our dinner tonight.
When it comes to authentic filipino food, the most popular dish is adobo. There are many versions of adobo like chicken adobo, fish adobo, adobo with tofu, etc but the main ingredient is still the same. What we love about adobo is that, the longer you store it in the refrigerator, the tastier it gets. The reason for this is vinegar, it acts as a food preservatives.
What we love about lumpia shanghai is you can eat it alone as finger food or with other dishes. Sometime even when my wife's cooking it, we are already eating it. We can't stop eating it until nothing's left. hahahaha
She has been cooking this recipe for 10 wonderful years now. It looks good and taste even better. I know you will love it. YUMMY!!!
