Looks yummy , The only thing i would ass is maybe crushed walnuts, For those who dont know "petrushka" is Parsley also the closest thing to kefir is yogurt, correct me if im wrong but if you cant find kefir you can replace it with yogurt, look for Greek or Turkish one.
