Pretty much self-explanatory, a brownie that has a higher strawberry to brownie ratio. I suppose it could also be named "Starbrownie" as it closely resembles the shape of a star, but I'll just run with "Strawbrownie".
The brownie itself is actually a black bean brownie (check the recipe on google it's awesome) and very easy to make. Cream is whipped coconut milk sweetened with maple syrup, fresh berries from the yard picked in Edmonton, Alberta.
