today i will share with you one of the most famous and delicious dishes of my region, the frankonian Schäuferle.
Its one of the dishes you definitely should try.
Its made out of pork meat, served still on the bone. Fresh out of the oven.

This was one of the best Schäuferle i ever tried. I got it at a very small restaurant in the town of Lichtenegg, near the city of
Hersbruck, Bavaria.
When you go there you also can do a little walk to the near castle ruins and enjoy the beautiful view.
