Today is extremely hot. A couple of hours ago it hit about 36°C. It's now 34°C. Still pretty hot. Clouds are minimal. You'll sweat if you're outside. Decided to go for a coconut water quest to bring the body's temperature down just a little bit.
Fun Facts:
Everyone who has ever drank coconut water knows the flavor has an unusual mix of salty and sweet. The typical coconut water has 30 to 70mg of sodium and 9 to 12g of sugar per 11.2-ounce container — saltier but much less sweet than most fruit juices. The same amount of apple juice has 10mg of sodium and three times as much sugar: 33g. As a comparison, a banana, for example, has 422mg of potassium, compared with 660mg in a typical container of coconut water. The water’s big three minerals are potassium (19 percent of the daily recommended intake), calcium (4 percent) and magnesium (4 percent).
