One off the traditions in Zcech Republic during party's is to grill a pig or a wild boar. Last thursday i prepared my first pig after a week hard working to make a electric turning grill. De wood i used for heating was from a cherry tree. The pig was killed 4 day's before and salted en be 2 day's in marinade from vegetable oil, beer an helbs. The pug used 6 hours on the grill to be ready to eat. It was delicious.
