Flatbread
(I get a package of my desired flatbread and vary the amount of ingredient according to it)
1 13 3/4 ounce can Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
2 cups fresh baby Spinach, chopped
Mushrooms (as desired)
Black Olives (as desired)
Tomatoes (dice as many as desired)
1 cup Mozzarella
1 cup Swiss
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning (as desired)
Blend the Mozzarella, Swiss & the Parmesan cheese with the Italian seasoning. Mix in artichoke hearts and spread evenly onto flatbreads. Sprinkle spinach, dice tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives and layer desired amount of cheese on top.
Bake at 350° until golden brown.
I know this is a recipe is a little vague but I make it a little different every time. It is well worth experimenting with and making it your own combination of the ingredient. The amount of ingredients can vary depending on your desire and taste. The above is just the best estimate I have of it.
