Every day provides us with an opportunity to celebrate. Today is another foodie holiday, it’s National Taco Day! This is a favorite family meal in my house. We usually have tacos on Tuesday, but this week were having them twice, in honor of the holiday. I hope you and your family enjoy some tacos tonight is much as mine will. Happy eating!
