I’m a real democracy, it’s be great if the people could vote on how they want the funds to be spent. Kind of like when you donate to a charity. There could be portions and maybe some have minimums or maxes but buckets of 5-10% until you meet 100. I think if we tried a system like that we’d see way more spending on education and healthcare.
