Hola hermosa comunidad!! Como se encuentran el día de hoy?, espero que estén de lo mejor, que ya hayan comido y cepillado esos dientes. Hoy ya es el día #10 de "Blogging Challenge". Hoy les hablare sobre algo que ha todos nos gusta y que no podemos evitar, así es mis queridos lectores, hoy les hablare sobre "Mis 10 comidas favoritas", entre mordiscos y mordiscos vamos a ir viendo el sabor de este post, sin nada mas que decir es un honor que estén presentes es mi post queridos lectores, espero que el siguiente contenido sea de su agrado, y buen provecho.

Siendo honesto, me costo demasiado tener que escoger mi top 10 de comidas favoritas, siendo yo una persona que come cualquier cosa he conocido comidas muy ricas y únicas, por eso no será un top del mejor al peor, o peor al mejor.
To be honest, I had a hard time choosing my top 10 favorite foods, being a person who eats anything, I've known very rich and unique foods, so it won't be a top from the best to the worst, or worst to the best.
1.- Pasticho o Lasaña/Pasticho or Lasagne
La Lasaña, o mejor conocida aquí en Venezuela como "El Pasticho" es uno de mis platos favoritos, si me invitaran a comer lo que quisiera, sin dudar alguna pediría Pasticho. Yo conocí el Pasticho gracias a mi padre, el antiguamente tenia una pizzería muy conocida en la que como pizzas también hacia Pastichos, en ese momento yo era obeso, y es que siempre que salía de la escuela me iba a la pizzería de padre y me hacia un Pasticho, actualmente no he comida Pasticho desde hace mucho tiempo, pero sé que algún día me comeré uno con todas las ganas del mundo.
Lasagna, or better known here in Venezuela as "El Pasticho" is one of my favorite dishes, if I were invited to eat whatever I wanted, without hesitation I would order Pasticho. I knew the Pasticho thanks to my father, he used to have a very well known pizzeria where he also made Pastichos, at that time I was obese, and whenever I got out of school I would go to my father's pizzeria and he would make me a Pasticho, actually I have not eaten Pasticho for a long time, but I know that someday I will eat one with all the desire in the world.
2.- Pizzas
La Pizza pues como era de imaginar también es una de mis comidas favoritas, pues como hago mención arriba, mi padre tenia una pizzería y era una de las cosas que también consumía mucho en ese lugar, crecí comiendo pizzas mas que todo, y sin duda es de esos alimentos que están en mi Top, actualmente siempre que subo a visitar a mi pareja vamos a una pizzería que nos encanta a ambos, por cierto, mi pizza favorita es la de piña.
Pizza as you can imagine is also one of my favorite foods, as I mention above, my father had a pizzeria and it was one of the things that also consumed a lot in that place, I grew up eating pizzas more than anything, and certainly is one of those foods that are in my Top, now whenever I go up to visit my partner we go to a pizzeria that we both love, by the way, my favorite pizza is the pineapple pizza.

3.- Polenta Criolla/Polenta Creole
Un plato que mi padre hace mucho en casa es la Polenta Criolla, no es como la polenta tradicional, ya que esta parece una torta rellena de carne y vegetales. La primera vez que mi padre la hizo yo no tenia ni idea de lo que era y no dejaba de preguntarle "Que es eso?" y mi padre me dijo "Cuando la pruebes veras" Y waoooo, que cosa mas rica, es increíble las texturas y sabor que tiene la Polenta Criolla, sin duda una comida que me encanta y amo.
A dish that my father makes a lot at home is Polenta Criolla, it is not like the traditional polenta, as this one looks like a cake filled with meat and vegetables. The first time my father made it I had no idea what it was and I kept asking him "What is that?" and my father told me "When you try it you will see" And waoooo, what a delicious thing, it is incredible the textures and flavor that Polenta Criolla has, without a doubt a food that I love and love.
4.- Hamburguesas/Hamburgers
Honestamente no soy tan fanático de la comida chatarra, pero me encanta comer Hamburguesas y mas si son hechas en casa, en mi hogar el que mejor cocina es mi padre, y cuando se le antoja hacer unas hamburguesas es como si un Chef profesional las hiciera, y es que no sé que magia tiene mi padre para que la comida que haga siempre quede deliciosa.
Honestly I am not a fan of junk food, but I love to eat burgers and even more if they are homemade, in my home the best cook is my father, and when he wants to make burgers it's as if a professional Chef made them, and I don't know what magic my father has to make the food he makes always delicious.

5.- Comida China/Chinese Food
Desde muy pequeño soy fanático a la comida China, pero específicamente lo que mas me gusta de todos sus platos es el Arroz Chino, las combinaciones de carne, camarones, vegetales, salsas y sazón fue lo que me atrapo con la comida China. Y dime, cual es tu plato favorita de la cultura China?.
Since I was a child I have been a fan of Chinese food, but specifically what I like most of all their dishes is the Chinese Rice, the combinations of meat, shrimp, vegetables, sauces and seasoning is what caught me with Chinese food. And tell me, what is your favorite dish of Chinese culture?

6.- Arepas
Lo tradicional, lo Venezolano, lo delicioso, LAS AREPAS, es raro que escuche a un Venezolano decir que no le guste las arepas, y es que como comida que consumimos con normalidad todos los días es algo que tenemos marcado como comida favorita y que nunca podemos dejar.
The traditional, the Venezuelan, the delicious, AREPAS, it is rare that I hear a Venezuelan say that he does not like arepas, and it is that as food that we eat normally every day is something that we have marked as a favorite food and we can never leave.
7.- Pastelitos/Cupcakes
Otra comida típica para el Venezolano, como no comer de unos pastelitos junto a una malta bien fría, sin duda seria el desayuno perfecto para el Venezolano, acabo de recordar que amo los pastelitos con todo mi corazón, y justamente haciendo este post me trajeron pasteles jajajajaja.
Another typical food for the Venezuelan, how not to eat some pastries with a cold malt, no doubt it would be the perfect breakfast for the Venezuelan, I just remembered that I love pastries with all my heart, and just doing this post brought me pastries hahahahahaha.
8.- Ensalada Cesar/Caesar Salad
Unas de mis ensaladas favoritas y que mas extraño, la Ensalada Cesar!! Que deliciosa combinación de Lechuga, pollo, huevo, ajo, queso, y pan. Hace tiempo que no me he comido una ensalada de esas, pero sé que un día me daré el gusto de comerme una, y por supuesto que tenia que mencionar una ensalada en este post, no todo es comida chatarra.
One of my favorite salads that I miss the most, the Caesar Salad! What a delicious combination of lettuce, chicken, egg, garlic, cheese, and bread. It's been a while since I've had one of those salads, but I know that one day I will treat myself to one, and of course I had to mention a salad in this post, not everything is junk food.
9.- Tortas/Cakes
Puedo agregar postres verdad? Si es así estos dos últimos puestos se los daré a mis postres favoritos. La torta, que cosa mas deliciosa y creada por los Dioses, los diferentes métodos de preparación, los miles de sabores que tiene, la libertad de creatividad que tiene la persona a crear una torta es muy hermoso, he probado muchas tortas en mi vida, y puedo decir que una de las mas deliciosa que he probado fue hecha por mi novia.
I can add desserts, can't I? If so, I will give these last two places to my favorite desserts. 10.- Quesillo
Y con cierre de Oro les traigo mi postre favorito, y que no lo dejaría por nada del mundo, literal me ponen a escoger para tener que comer un dulce por vida, sin duda escogería el Quesillo, todo Venezolano sabe de este postre tradicional Venezolano, y que normalmente se sirve en porciones muy pequeñas, son las porciones pequeñas mas deliciosas del mundo.
