Once again, I am trying to be healthy and avoid heavy meals. I want to observe how it works in a short process. If I will be losing weight, it is good and will continue doing my procedures . It is a kind of experimental process of how fruit and vegetables work for my health.
Instead of buying a burger last night, I tried eating this vegetable salad. It was a combination of sliced tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, lemon, apple cider venigar and salt. No rice! No carbohydrates! But I felt my stomach full and never get hungry when I woke up this morning. Besurw to wash the vegetables first with plenty of tap water with salt and rinse it well before slicing. We sholud clean the vegetables and fruits if we eat it raw. If possible, drop a little amount of baking sida to the water, to wash away all the pesticide used by the farmer or grower.
