What a delicious meat of a lapu-lapu fish, I just tasted today for the first time. Lapu-lapu is our national fish. I don't like his face, so scary most especially the common black lapu-lapu but I saw this orange black spotted lapu-lapu, I amazed the color and attracted myself to buy one piece only. It's so expensive but I don't care the price. What was in my mind to taste it. Then, I asked my friend if what would be the best menu for it. He said, it must be a paksiw with venigar, ginger, garlic, onions, salt and chilli. Wow! It is so gummy yummy. There is like a jelly coming out from the fish meat.
