Howdy folks!
First up I messed up big time! I was running on some misunderstanding on tricomes:
1 - I thought I NEEDED a magnifying glass or microscope, turns out the macro lens on my phone would have been sufficient.
2 - Given the above, I couldn't see tricomes by eye nor photo so took the stance of 'I don't know where I am in the process' so decided to end the grow
Basically by the time I figured out my macro lens was able to help me see tricomes I was already heavily in to the flushing phase (water only) and it looks like the tricomes are all milky! The plant had at least another 7-10 days left of grow.
The plant should have been vegged for longer, 2/3 weeks longer especially given the one plant situation.
I shall say no more about the seeds! ðŸ˜
I'm now doing my best to get prepped, and better prepped for the next grow which I am intending to go for 4 auto flowers, I need to get on top of my own supply! 😎
Time for some photos!
The last time we see her alive:
With some close ups of the buds:
And the infamous macro photo which I think is showing signs of milky tricomes? Correct me in comments.
Now hung up to dry:
I'll take out the fan leaves in the morning then try to find a better solution for drying the buds
I'm glad I went back to photo the drying branches, found this little fellow in the dirt:
Hopefully dry out enough by tomorrow to get a good sample or two! 😎
Need to get a jump on getting seeds sorted for the next grow!
I will let you know!
