Hello hello my beautiful community 🌟 I hope you are well ❤️ I feel well somewhat nostalgic and exhausted at the same time... Within my nostalgia I began to remember some of the things that I love to do the most and it is my desserts which I normally share here with each of you.
Since I was very little I have been in the art of baking for my family since that was our means of living, then I began to love it more, when I was at university I also made them because it was my means to pay a large part of the expenses. my studies so it has always been my livelihood. I feel that I have learned from the best, which are my mother and my aunts and perhaps some other tutorials on the internet, although I very rarely take recipes from the internet, the vast majority of information that I like and take from the internet is the way of presenting my product which It's still a bit difficult for me but I've improved a lot.
I have made countless desserts of different flavors, sizes and colors 🌈 I sometimes make many of them for free just so I can put a new technique into practice. Currently it is somewhat paralyzed because the environment that surrounds me does not usually buy desserts or they find everything very expensive, even so I continue to try every day and here we are making some desserts that they ordered me, they are not many but for me everything adds up.
Hola hola mi bonita comunidad 🌟 espero se encuentren bien ❤️ yo me encuentro bien algo nostálgica y agotada al mismo tiempo... Dentro de mi nostalgia comencé a recordar algunos de las cosas que más amo hacer y es mis postres los cuales normalmente comparto por aquí con cada uno de ustedes.
Desde muy pequeña estoy en el arte de la repostería por mi familia ya que ese era nuestro sustento para vivir, luego poco fui amando más, cuando me encontraba en la universidad también las elaboraba porque era mi medio para pagar gran parte de los gatos de mis estudios así que si siempre ha sido mi sustento. Siento que he aprendido de las mejores que son mi mamá y mis tias y quizás algunos que otro tutorial por internet aunque muy poco tomo recetas de internet la gran mayoría de información que me gusta y tomo de internet es la manera de presentar mi producto lo cual aún me resulta algo difícil pero he mejorado mucho.
He realizado innumerables postres de distinto sabores, tamaños y colores 🌈 muchos de ellos a veces los hago de forma gratuita solo pars poder colocar en práctica alguna tecnica nueva. Actualmente está algo paralizado debido a que el entorno que me rodea no suelen comprar postres o les resultan todo de alto costo, más aún así lo sigo intentando a diario y aquí estamos elaborando algunos postres que me encargaron no son muchos pero para mí todo suma.
